Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our food-grade concentrated flavorings, Capella Flavors can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase to ensure safety and quality standards. Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened, original containers in a secure shipping box with adequate padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns facility using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
